Registration

New Students – before registering, please read the following:

Are you registering an Immigration or International Student? If so, please following these instructions before registering at an NESD school. Immigration or International Student instructions – student will not be registered until permission has been granted through this form.

Exception: Coming from Ukraine? Please contact this school for registration instructions (stop by the school, phone 306-278-2288 , or email ppcs@nesd.ca).

Does your student/family lives outside the NESD boundaries or lives in a different NESD school and bus catchment area - Boundary/Catchment Map- and wishes to attend Porcupine Plain Comprehensive School? Please complete the NESD Out of Area Attendance Request Form – student will not be registered until permission has been granted through this form.

Students living in the Bjorkdale catchment area of the division boundaries do not need to complete this form.

Grades Kindergarten-12 Registration - Please fill out one REGISTRATION FORM - online or REGISTRATION FORM - paper (email to ppcs@nesd.ca ) for each student who will be attending Bjorkdale School.

Coming from out of province and the student in grades 10-12? Please come with report cards and/or your high school transcript. Guiding Your Future
